  : Apartment was clean and tidy, well equipped and well laid out. Beds very comfortable. Equipment provided was up market other than a very dirty barbeque which no one could use in the current state.
  : Apartment balcony in permanent shade, palm trees have grown so block view. Bars close early but still quite noisy up to midnight. Access was difficult to find and parking garage was in the next block. No equipment to help transfer luggage. Entrance walkways were filthy and the garbage store a health hazard. Garbage shoot was locked off and so you have to take any rubbish three floors down. I got badly bitten by the bugs in the garbage store. Very poor information from the letting agent we spent some time trying to find access to the apartment. A simple drawing would solve that problem. I have been coming to Marco Island for over thirty years, will keep coming back but not to this apartment.
