  : I liked the Waterpark. The lazy river goes too fast though, nothing lazy about it. The kids enjoyed the dance party
  : Well the 1st thing is the Ridiculously long line at check-in!! Good lord TSA lines are quicker. I really wished the hot tub would have been functioning. As much as we pay I feel like more activities like the mini golf, bowling etc.. should all be included. Like an inclusive resort. And maybe offer food passes for purchase like other amusement parks. Wish there would have been an in room microwave.

  : Waited 2 hours to get checked in.Waited 3 hours and 15 minutes after 4 pm to tell me that my room was ready.Had to go back down to the lobby to get another wristband that didn’t work and have it reprogrammed.

  : We only ate once and it was for lunch the day we were leaving. We ordered tacos and churros. It was the cheapest place to order from. The flavor was there, but the portion size was not worth what we paid. The kids enjoyed the water park, but we never found a seat that wasn't claimed by someone's towel.
  : The fact they could not attach my credit card to my wrist band. I had to go to my room 2x during the time I was inside the waterpark to go get my credit card. My 3 kids noticed a family drinking some sort of slushy with fruit around the cup. I ordered from the bar in the waterpark and as I'm watching my kids drinks being made I'm noticing she's only making them with 1 or just 2 ingredients when the description has about 4. I mentioned the kids drinks should have coconut cream in them and she said they were all out. She walked about to ring it up and I called one of the other girls over. I pointed at the counter and all 4 corners of the bar had coconut cream along with all the other syrups and told her that the other lady said they were out. She said no we are not. She went over and grabbed them and instead of it being blended in she just drizzled it on top. Then I asked about the fruit on top and she said yes it does come with it. I shouldn't have had to ask, one employee seemed to be really lazy. The price of the stay is just ridiculous. I told the kids if we skipped Christmas gifts this year I'd take them and that's the only way we'd go.
