  : We loved the apartment unit itself, but were deeply disappointed by the implication that there would be a pool to use and in fact chose this property over others because it led us to believe there was a pool, but when we arrived found out it was being rebuilt.

  : I liked the idea of going on a ski trip.
  : I did not like that I could not make it to this trip because there was a State of Emergency declared making it nearly impossible to make it to the condo, and the ski resort was shutdown, which was the point in going. I do not like that the company was inflexible and still charged me even with these factors being beyond my control.
