  : We enjoyed the comfortable living room, the sleeping accomodations were exceptional. The kitchen was wonderful, decently sized and fully stocked with everything we needed.
  : We disliked the unavailability of the jacuzzi. The reason for its closure was not specified onsite. The app described the closure as being due to Covid, which is a poor excuse, as it is outdoors, its a heavily chlorinated environment, and Covid is very low risk. People should be given the choice to take their own safety into their hands.

  : Location is good, easy drive to Eagle Lodge ski parking, easy walking to Von's and some restaurants.Rental handled by Vacasa instead of a front desk, and they were great handling an issue I had (resolved, so no need to include in the review as it was a one-time thing).
  : Kitchen layout is wonky (it's hard to get into the cupboard for plates etc as the doors open perpendicular to how you are standing at the counter). For this unit (131), you have to walk out of the parking lot onto the street and then into the unit. When the snow is piled up, and the ice is slippery, it's no fun trying to get your stuff inside, or packed back into the car.Neither TV would adjust to current wide viewing options, so the edges of all the shows were cut off.The channel controller is separate from the on/off controller, and there is only one channel controller. So, toss a coin if someone wants to watch in the bedroom at the same time someone watches in the living room. Also, the living room TV is not viewable from the kitchen or the dining area.

  : the location is good and the hot tub was nice to use.
  : the large old Samsung TV in the living room only got one channel which was hispanic. ( I don't remember my spanish well) after trying for 1/2 hour a guy came and tried and he ended up switching the small Sharp TV from the bedroom. It got all the channels yet it was glitchy and studdered. They had a cassette/cd player-why? who travels with those. the bedroom closet looks like the maids storage closet with 2 vacuums, a broom, mop, a weird heater thing and an extra microwave. If you have a child the upper bunk does NOT have a safety rail. Beware.
