  : The location was about the only good thing about this hotel. It was easy to find and close enough to the shopping district and ferries without being super busy. The beach was also nice.
  : Where to begin. The main floor smells like mold and the entire place is poorly ventilated. The room was a decent size but everything was dated. The bathroom had stained towels, urine in the toilet, hair on the floor, and the bedding felt damp. The waterpark was one of the main draws and the water slides were closed. The pool, the lazy river, and the splash area needed to be vacuumed. The whole place needs to be treated for hard water stains. Over all the property was very run down and poorly maintained. The pictures are very deceiving!! I will likely pursue a partial refund due to it not being disclosed that the water park wasn’t fully functioning and how dirty our room was.

  : The front desk staff was amazing and friendly. The beach front was an amazing view. Great place overall.
  : The cleaning staff were not too friendly. And there was no turn down service, and when asked to bring fresh towels and take out the garbage they never went so I had to do it myself. Also there is no breakfast, which that would have been great if they did.

  : Rooms were a bit dirty, bathrooms were disgusting, had an inch of dirt under and behind the doors. A lot of spots on the walls, there were also a lot of flies in our room. The pool are wasn’t great, old raggedy equipment. Staff was exceptional though.

  : No Housekeeping services during the 4 night stay. Had to track down towels, no washcloths, no microwave in the rooms and the coffee and shampoo in the rooms were never replenished. No breakfast provided.
