  : Sewage smell is bad when it is acting up. You should tell people this before they arrive. This needs to be fixed. Windows, people stay oceanfront so they can take in the view. The windows should be cleaned as often as it takes to make sure you have a view. The kitchen faucet was/is broken and should be fixed. It would be nice to have a deck out back and slider to get there.
