  : It was clean. Good location. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Fair price for what you get. Check in at 3pm.
  : No elevator it wasn’t an issue for me but if someone isn’t able to walk upstairs they would need a room on the first floor. Slow working staff, had to wait 10+ minutes to check out.

  : It was in a good location for our needs
  : Very dirty. Bathroom smelled like mildew. Pool was not clean. Air conditioner did not work in one room and we had no internet and tv in the other. Beds were extremely lumpy Coffee maker in room was broke, no coffee at breakfast. No toaster at breakfast but bagels and toast (cold?) a child’s school breakfast would have been more sufficient.

  : The house keepers were very loud in the morning playing their music. People were in the hallway hanging out until 2:00am.

  : Breakfast was subpar and the hot food was cold most mornings. Not much choice for hot food. Small breakfast area. Room was only cleaned once while there for a week. We asked to have coffee restocked and they did but did not restock the cups to use. Room was very small.

  : Our linens were filthy, bedspread, had blood, and paint splatter on it. Pillows were absolutely filthy underneath the pillow case.Side entrances were so disgusting with garbage dog food all over the ground . Apparently where people were feeding their pets. The floors were tearing so you could possibly trip on pieces of torn floor. If you’re barefooted your feet were filthy dirt our floor was filthy when we came into the room. Our TV didn’t work well I signed into the Netflix only a couple days it would work and breakfast was the bare minimum, if it was a hot breakfast, it was just heated up in the microwave and throw into a pan. I’m not sure if the eggs were real. The women at the front desk were so kind and helpful and so were the maids .

  : The family really enjoyed the waffle makers for breakfast and the mattresses were comfortable. There was not much to this stay that was enjoyable.
  : Upon entering the building, I already questioned my choice in hotels as there were stains completely covering the welcoming mats- something I had never seen before entering any other hotels I had been to. Without going into too much detail, I will give a quick rundown of my stay and only some of my complaints: Housekeeping was a joke! Stains and trash throughout the entire hotel as well as holes in the walls (trash, dirt, and misc items on floors and stairs never moved from arrival Friday afternoon until Monday at 11am). No toilet paper or kleenex in bathroom upon arrival. There is more I could say, but will leave it at that for now. I walked up on staff and customer arguing calling racial slurs and cursing- thankfully I was alone and my children were not with me!! I asked multiple times for extra towels, toiletries, and washcloths due to the size of my family- could not ever get what was needed, therefore, my family was not able to clean up as we should have been able to. The pool had boatmen bugs, which bit my children. Breakfast was extremely crowded and I saw one family flat out leave because they could not figure out how to get food with how chaotic it was. Hot breakfast was cold (except the waffles that we made ourselves). There was a dog that kept scratching, whining, and barking at all hours and at one point the hallway smelled like feces. No available drinking water throughout the building except at breakfast. Multiple times I smelled marijuana walking the halls. Guests were utterly disrespectful being loud and running the halls past 1:30 AM I was forced to call the front desk, which is another story in itself. Sadly, this is not everything.

  : At 11pm one night we had clogged toilet instead of getting us a plunger they wanted to move our room at 11pm becuase they could not find a plunger in the entire hotel
