  : We’ve stayed there every year for 5 years.. it’s a pleasant place to stay.. love the breakfast many restaurants nearby
  : It’s not really a complaint but since we’ve stayed there multiple years we’ve notice things like the carpet is dated and stained as well as the chairs in the room. I’m sure it’s normal wear and tear but it’s noticeable.

  : The cleaning staff...Maria in particular, was very nice. There was also a Gentleman that gave me some quarters, I assume he was the manager, was nice also, as well as the initial woman who checked us in, and then switched rooms for us due to bo hot water in our shower.
  : The other staff that I didn't mention were not very friendly. As we were leaving and when I was doing laundry, there was a young lady that was looking at me like I was doing something suspicious. She needs to turn that frown upside down! She looked angry. When we checked in and got up to our room, after about an hour, I wanted to shower. The faucet was broke, and no hot water. I went down and ahe gave us another room, but what a pain packing everything back up and switching rooms!!The breakfast was disappointing. Usually there is an attendant checking the food, but I didn't see anyone. We ate there the first morning (just a bagel and yogurt) due to the lackluster cheese omlete...I think....and Grey potatoes and sausage. I looked at it the next morning, and I swear it was the same food from the previous day. We opted for Einsteins down the street. They were fabulous!!! Other than that, I'd give it a 6, just due to the front desk area. It was super nice and inviting.
