  : The front desk staff was very helpful. The bed and towels were clean. ( yes….I checked for bed bugs just in case).
  : moldy shower, no hair dryer(although the holes were in the wall to hold it), no coffee maker in the room ( although it’s states on line that there is) no iron for work clothes ( although there is a holder in the closet) broken shower curtain, dirty carpet.

  : We had nothing but issues with this place. This hotel claims to be a non smoking facility, but there was a plastic bag tied over the smoke detector in one of our rooms and the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our second room had a broken shower handle which made the shower unusable. Our third room had carpet that was completely soaking wet (could not step on the carpet with socks or they would get soaked). It smelled like rotten fish and dumpster. We were told that the room was shampooed prior to us entering and “just didn’t get enough time to dry”. Upon checking out, we were promised 20% off our bill and to call them if our bank statement did not reflect the discount. When we got our statement, surprise! It did not reflect the discount. I called and was told that the only person who could authorize a charge back was the manager and she was not in. I proceeded to call back NINE TIMES over the next few weeks and was told each time that the manager was gone, on vacation, in a “very important meeting” and so on. I asked to be called back when the manager was out of her meeting and was told “we’ll see what happens”. Every single element of our stay has been characterized by issues upon issues and no reconciliation. I will never stay at another Wyndham property and will tell everyone possible not to either.
