: Absolutely HATED the hour plus long wait for check in. Room was okay. A/c was broken upon arrival - they eventually sent someone out to fix it.

: The location was central and pools beautiful and the Forum shops
: I did not enjoy the 2 hour wait to checkin. The kiosks sb 24/7And your checkout procedure should also be communicated about in printed form and also a map of the hotel printed would be very handy.The pool area also does not have any umbrellas for shade which is not good for sun cancer prevention. There were only Cabanas that you had to book. Umbrellas should be there and free. There should also be water freely available to drink.The heat was very extreme and these simple measures to prevent heat exhaustion and skin cancer should be done as due care to your customers health.
