  : The bed was comfortable & the towels were spa quality.
  : To start off with I requested If you dont have an elevator wed need ground floor. Also, walk-in shower or handicap bars. Im short & have knee issues. What we received was the wheelchair ADA room #100. When you opened the door you immediately see the toilet.& no door is on the restroom! There is no seat on the tub for a wheelchair bound person to access use of the bathtub. Now for the rest of the roomNo luggage rack or table to put your suitcase on, only one office chair to sit on, nowhere for 2nd person to sit, the security latch was missing from the door, no alarm, no phone to call front desk, rooms entry handle was sticking & hard to open. If youre wheelchair bound dont stay here. Breakfast buffet: just ok, biscuits & gravy with no sausage or meat options. You have to carry your plate around the front desk to the dining area when there was enough room to have tables & chairs in the food area.

  : No Ice bucket or glasses in room. No ice machine to get ice for our own cups. No coffee pot. No toiletries at all in bathroom.

  : The room smelled like a wet sock. We were next door to a room of barking dogs. A room change was accommodated. New room smelled like it had been cleaned. This is an old dated run down motel where a very low quality refurbishment is underway. Dark paint color scheme to hide flaws rather than doing correct repairs.
