: Beautiful views, pool is excellent and also has a great view. Turtles haul out on the beach right next to the complex. Very relaxed atmosphere, 3-minute walk to a small surfing beach park and a 10-minute drive by back streets to the beautiful Kapalua beach park and coastal trail, groceries are also very convenient by car. The condo is comfortable and bug-free, with a lovely lanai. The manager was extremely nice and responsive when we needed a late check out due to online classes.
: A bit hot with no AC, but fans and slat windows are plentiful. Some road noise late into the evening, loud birds early in the morning. So if you are a light sleeper or like lower temps, may not be the place for you.

: The View is very very excellent. Location is excellent. If you like surfing it is very good place with good waves but it doesn't have sandy beach.
: The towels and sheets were very old and not clean even towels had stain. Shower head was leaking and had whole in it. Some stuff in the pantry were expired. Some residents are not paying attention to the quiet hours and they talking load or making noise after even midnight. I personally woke up at 3 am because of that.
