  : Had to wash the towels because they didn’t replenish them.the phone was broken couldn’t reach front desk..If I turned the shower head a certain way water was get on the floor.the shower was dirty..

  : The apartments are spacious and well laid out. Beds are very comfortable. There is a washer and a dryer. TV had a decent set of channels and you could view earlier programs, though no possibility for AirPlay or Chromecast which is quite limiting these days. We really enjoyed the screened balcony during the evening, though admittedly it is not a very private space. The real upside of the hotel is of course the location close to Disney and the water park and pool area. We really enjoyed all of it. We also enjoyed the on premise shopping market which carried a good selection of food, candy etc.
  : It was supposed to be a fully equipped kitchen but there was almost no utensils or cutlery available. Just a few knives and forks, and one (!) spoon, and almost nothing that is needed to cook food. We pointed this out and received a spatula and some more cutlery (including spoons) but this was far from my level of expectations. Upon arrival the dishwasher did not work, and it had obviously failed on its last run. The front was also slightly broken. After pointing this out someone came by and fixed it, which needed work on the back of the machine with the water connections, not sure how well that machine is going to run.
