: It was not easy to collect the keys. We arrived and not having wifi. A guest did offer to call the host for us to recieve the keys/code to enter. It would be much much easier if the room number and code could be send by email a day before.

: Location to Disney was very convenient.
: No staff on duty except the cleaning crew. Maintenance man that come to fix A/C didn’t understand English so it was useless to try and communicate with him. Or at least he said he didn’t understand English!!! If y’all had staff on duty maybe there wouldn’t be so much Pot Smoking going on in the bldg. Someone on the 4th floor was smoking pot a lot. Every time we left the room it smelled strong of pot in the hallways and elevator!!!!!!!!

: The ease of just being able to go to the room without checking in at the front desk was wonderful. The Decour was beautiful inside of the space.
: The privacy lock Was broken on the front door. There was mold in the second bathroom.
