  : The original renting price was not the final price. Would have liked the complete rental price before submitting credit card information. Also you do not need to keep reminding me about if anything is missing or broken it will be charged to me. One time is sufficient. Not enough lamps in bedrooms. Had to secure one from master bedroom. Also TV in bedroom was not working properly

  : My stay was horrible the only good thing was the size of the home and location. The staff was rude and unhelpful especially Aliani and Wilma. I was without WiFi and TVs for 2 weeks of my month stay. Which was very unacceptable because I work from home. So I had to drive 45 mins to the hospital to work from there. I am very upset because I spent good money for this place to be treated like I was. On top of that there were no wash clothes in the home at all, so I had to go out and buy my own. So in all actuality they shouldn’t get any stars.

  : Expected to wash at the condo but washer was not working. It was inconvenient to have to buy extra towels and spend a evening at the laundry mat on our vacation. Maintenance was notified out first day but no one serviced it on our stay. Shower wasn’t working but was fixed on our second day. This was the second time booking the same condo but our experience was not even close to our first. The bathroom shower was not clean. Found a cellphone and found it odd the cleaning crew missed it. (Phone was also picked up by admin our second day)Lastly the cleaning lady showed up before our checkout time so wondered if they clean and sanitize and have 24 hr period between each guest like the website states if they rush through it. The location is great and would consider again in the future since it’s spacious just hope our next stay is better.
