  : The description said it was close to Universal Studios - it was a 45 minute drive, that is not close in my opinion. The house itself needs a thorough cleaning. I am by no means OCD - but the fact that the charge a cleaning fee and their house rules state things like you will be charged for any stains on towels - yet they provide only stained towels is weird. They also do not want you to strip the beds after your stay - which concerns me that the sheets could be reused. I had to pull about 4 mugs off the shelf before I found a clean one. Thick dust on stove hood and window coverings. Kitchen cupboards and doors through out are dirty at high traffic areas.
