  : The house is very nice. It is too bad they are not taking care of the house how they should. Pool is nice.
  : The house was not cleaned even we paid for it. I took pictures of everything and I sent to their office, nobody replied to me. Only I got a reply when I complained again. They really did not care about it. I am very disappointed. Because the COVID-19 this house should be very well cleaned and sanitized. I had to clean the house for our vacation.

  : The communication was bad they never came to look at the property when I tried to get in contact them multiple of times. The water was smelling really bad especially the pool it needs to be clean also the there tv service is not good at all the control didn’t work etc they need to get those issue figure out and have better communication with the renters other then that the house was nice!

  : The house is very accommodating for a large family. The location was good.
  : The management was not good. The oven was not functional on arrival and took 24hrs to be only partially functional. The door was not closing. We requested a BBQ and was not delivered until the second day. No discount on the price of the rental was made. The management did not make us feel welcome. They just wanted to charge extra for everything. Gave the impression that they were not interested on us to come back but rather to see how to make more money from us this time. They threatened to charge extra day because we left the property at 10:15 AM instead that 10:00am. I would definitively stay on the property if different management company would be involved.

  : Nothing, this house ruined my birthday.
  : Customer service was terrible, filthy dirty pool, the jacuzzi did not work and it had roaches. On top of all that the pool door alarm went off all night and no one would come and fix it. So we had to stay in a hotel because we couldn’t sleep. I should have read the reviews.

  : There’s so many things wrong with this property. Let’s start with the roach in the kitchen area. The carpet was dirty, the tv upstairs in the common area, the Harry Potter room and minions room didn’t work. There wasn’t a sofa bed. Curtains in the conman area upstairs were about fall down. Let’s move on to the pool I purchased the heating of the pool and jacuzzi. That didn’t work because the motor was broken but they charged my card anyway knowing that the motor didn’t work. The pool had all type stuff in it . The previous guests must have had a party out there that means the cleaning company didn’t do their job.I reach out to the management company wonder vacation homes and received a text back that said a manger would be out the next morning that was a lie. I also purchased the rental grill wasn’t at the property. That’s day one with no pool or grill. Day 2 we had to repeatedly call and message the company through the portal. I finally reach a manager name Elisa Melo. The first time Ms.Melo try to brush me off after being lied to repeatedly and ignored. So we decided to google the address which is about 25 minutes away. I get there and the receptionist doesn’t know the company or Ms.Melo. The Customer service was the worst. You can’t purchase tickets to the water park or use the gym. Encore doesn’t allow you to use them unless you’re a guest at their property . You must rent directly from them. If you planned on staying here look somewhere else save yourself the headache

  : The house was AMAZING! Beautiful and well kept. I loved the home decor and location. It was convenient to many stores. The game room was a plus the kids loved it.
  : The pool water was freezing! Which should be a warning that you would NEED a pool heater, at YOUR OWN EXPENSE. The hot tub was NOT that at all, due to the fact you need a pool heater to heat it, WHICH REALLY SUCKED! We couldn’t get in the pool and enjoy it and it really took away from the 5 star rating I would’ve gave. The home is located on Encore Homes site, which made getting into the gate upon check-in an EXTREME hassle.

  : Code was wrong, agent didn't know how to work the lock took over an hour for her to get us the correct instructions
  : The whole place is dirty. There was a covid mask in the pool, there was a joint in the pool, a chemical bottle top, a meat bbq stick, a plastic bag, and dirt all over the edges. We asked them to come and clean it and they netted out the mask and bag and left everything else. The villa is dirty and is clearly not cleaned despite the cleaning fee. We asked for them to clean it and they refused. After 1 night we left and asked for a refund, they refused and we are now having to take them to court for the money back. Also, the images have been manipulated, they even admitted this in an online chat transcript. The pool is never in the sun. The house backs onto the main road also which isn't shown. All in all it's a terrible property and ran terribly. No-one should stay here.

Exceptional

  : The house is clean and well prepared. Kitchen is fully equipped. Check in instruction is simple and clear. Game room is a bonus. Kids loved it.
  : The mattress is a bit soft to my standard. But other members of our group are quite happy with it.
