  : I like how it was so spacious and that it can hold a big family together. Other then that it was just very disappointing.
  : When we first got to the rental house there was stained on the carpets already. We had a lot of issues with the house, The tv wasn’t even working the washing machine didn’t even want to start. Every-time we called guest service they seemed like they didn’t even cared at all, They said was that they will have a maintenance come by but never showed up. The whole entire stay there we couldn’t use the tv or the laundry room all the days we stayed there and called everyday but no one wasn’t answering or would just leave a voice mail. I’d say this would be a great rental if you are just doing business and just need a place to sleep because that all what we were only able to do.

  : The property itself was beautiful and very accommodating.
  : The pool was dirty. We weren’t able to use the aqua park. We ran out of toilet paper in all of the bathrooms by the second day. We rented the grill and it was delivered to us with no propane so had to go to the store and fill the tank and pay for it. The smoke detectors chirped the entire time of our stay. People came into the house to fix the smoke detectors while my mother in law and 3 year old daughter were napping and woke up to a strange man in the house. And they still weren’t fixed.

  : Half the cable boxes didn't work. Didn't have the things that suppose to have on web page. I feel that was false advertisement...

  : Everything else was fine.
  : The pool was dirty the jacuzzi was dirty I paid for 4 days of heated pool and spa services on two separate occasions and both times I was ripped off I never received heated pool service even after I called in and verified that the service was paid for in full before check in I still did not receive services I prepaid for!!

  : The home was big enough for us. Parking was not enough.
  : The cleaniness of the home and swimming pool. Also the gym was not conveniently located. I had to drive to another location to utilize the gym and the code didn't work, had to knock for someone to open. The back sliding door did not lock. The hot tub also did not work

  : I paid for a heated pool and jacuzzi for 5 days and it only worked on the last day no would help us they were all ivery rude I want my refund on the heated pool & jacuzzi I paid 140.00

  : Very difficult to get in contact with while there. There were a lot of things broken.We took for granted they were honest and wouldn’t charge us for things previously broken. But they did charge us for the glass in the oven door that had been cracked already. The house has several repairs that need done. Closet door off the track. Toilet in master bath not working properly. Washer insides were in 3 pieces when we came (they did come fix that the next day). Besides the repairs the carpet is in need of either cleaning or replacement. And the walls need either wiped down or repainted. If you rent this house take your own towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. If you plan on cooking the kitchen is not fully stocked. For an eight bedroom hime their was not enough forks, no baking sheet, or even a frying pan large enough to cook a medium size meal.
