: there!!!! This place will ruin your all vacation!! Bedbugs all over the place, no service, no WiFi on the tv , the couch was so dirty that you cant even sit over there. I contact the management and they told me that its not possible, I sent them pictures and ask them to come clean it because the place was not possible for living. I took my kid and drive to another hotel . This place ruined me and my kids the vacation. Pls dont go there

: I liked the condo and the clubhouse
: We rented the house thinking that it would have a good structure, but we found the house kind of uncared for. The kitchen had no accessories such as a baking sheet and pots, there were no blankets in the rooms, we found cockroaches in one of the rooms, and they had broken furniture (bedside table) and furniture in the outdoor area. They did not have enough glasses for everyone in the houseonly small cups. The internet was not working well, we called to fix it, they came to fix it, but only 1 was enabled, the second was not working. In the outdoor area, there was no lighting, only on the balcony. The pool was very dark at night. We asked for blankets, and we asked for 5. They took only 1, and it was not a blanket, it was a thicker sheet only. In the cinema, the armchairs had some with lights at the bottom and others not. In the themed room the decorative objects were stuck in any way, getting holes in the wall, remnants of glue, etc. For the price and size of the house, we expected a house with better structure and better cared for.
