  : Waterpark, amount of rooms, 2 fridges, they layout of the house, every room had over a 50 inch TV, might not have a remote to turn it on but you got a 50 inch and not a 24 inch like most hotels. upper patio, theater room, too bad I didn't experience the full affect with the surround sound. Oh well.
  : The beds were hard, the oven did not work, no grill, sliding door alarm kept going off, portable A/C blew hot air, no hot water and the surround sound in the theatre room did not work. No remotes for tv's, some remotes missing batteries, pool table cloth is ripped and ping pong table is missing the net. A complete mess, so what I gather is, they clean the place and that's it. They don't inspect the house after prior family uses it to see if everything is working or if there is any damage. I did call the front desk several times for some of these issues, some got fixed others did not. Grill was brought on the day after we check in after I called about it on the day we check in, oven was never fixed, neither was the portable A/C in the garage. Hot water was off on Sunday and was fixed later that day. The surround sound was fixed Sunday night, but we was checking out on Monday, that sucks.
