: Great Location. Comfortable house for a large family group. Very clean and organize. Well decorated. Kitchen is full equipment with everything that you need to do light cooking during your stay.It was very convenience that this house has the pool because we tried to go to the community clubhouse twice to enjoy the amenities. But it was pack, full of people and there were not chairs or places to stay to enjoy the pool, water park or mini golf.
: Unfortunately, during our stay we had to witness two horrible moments. One a very nasty fight. One of the days that we were going out of the house, a group of people were screaming bad words and fit fighting, throwing stuff at each other right in front of our entry way to the house. It was not a nice scene for the kids to watch. We had to go inside the house again because our children starts crying, very scared. There were not security at the property and the police take a while to arrive.Another night, we were coming back to the property from Disney World parks, very tired from a long day outside. There were a group of people in the middle of the street, very close to our house entrance using illegal rate fireworks and running, jumping and screaming around the cars on the parking lot. We got a little scared as well and we had to go around to make our way to the house using another entrance. Again not security showed up while it was happening either.

: Convenient location to Disney. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen supplies.
: The community pool and lazy river gets VERY crowded. No outside food or drink allowed in and the put put golf is an extra fee.
