  : The spaciousness.
  : The comforter had food stains so I had to buy a new one for the bed. The towels were not washed. The tubs had mold in them. The security put a sticker on my brother in laws vehicle and the pool guy lied and said the smoker's smoked in the house. The whole experience was unacceptable.

  : The house was very spacious and had a great layout for our party of 7. The pool area was nice too. The game room was a nice addition.
  : The house wasn't fully cleaned inside not filthy but not tidy either. Bedding was dirty in main bedroom and there were crumbs in floors on couches.

  : It was clean and comfortable beds.
  : The neighbors staying next door stayed up partying until 4 am. Had to call the police twice just to get some sleep. The guard at the gate said quiet time starts at 11 pm, but i guess no one cares to enforce it.

  : I liked the closeness to the theme parks, stores, and hospitals. The Walmart, Wawa, Aldi grocery store was literally within walking distance. I enjoyed the friendly security staff. They were always smiling as they greeted us coming onto the property. Daniele was the best, and very responsive from the moment we got to the property.
  : The house was not clean once we got there. The property was lovely, but the people that rented prior to our visit destroyed some of the property in the house. My family and I spent the first two days cleaning the property. We contacted the property immediately, and Daniele and the Property Manager was proactive to get the situation resolved. They need a better cleaning staff, and maintenance staff.

  : The rooms are spacious. Loved the private pool and the location was great!
  : Everything in the game room was broken. The trash was completely filled with the previous guests trash. We had no place to empty our trash for 4 days.

  : The batteries in the thermostat went dead so therefore we had no heat and air and the fans didn’t work in a few rooms someone came them said someone else would come to fix nobody showed up. Because of my hot flashes I went though it. But of all it was nice
