  : Room was huge and had everything we needed. Right across the street from the beach.
  : Some of the appliances and fixtures were a little wonky. The faucet handle in my tub came off when I tried to use it. I was able to get it back on so it was ok. Also never was able to get ice or water from the fridge.

  : Nice location, with ocean across the street. Close to restaurants and shopping center. Hot tub in the property was nice. Room was clean.

  : Lucy at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful.
  : Dangerous, blind access into and from the property from busy highway. Rundown, poorly lit exterior of building. Narrow parking lot -- drive in, back out. No beach, no pool, nothing within walking distance. No room amenities -- not even the robe and toaster that were noted in confirmation. "Deck" had rusted furniture and view of rundown building next to it. When all fees were included, the room was $450 a night!!! We stayed the minimum 3 days and then moved a few miles south. We paid much less per night and got so much more -- across the street from three beach parks, within 2 blocks of restaurants, stores, walking paths, 2 pools and hot tubs on site. I called this place to tell them I had left an item in our room. They didn't even have the courtesy to return my call. This place is overpriced and the website is misleading.

  : Gracious hosts, exceptional service for any questions or needs while on property. This is a great budget stay! The beach is literally across the street! I would stay there again.
  : You can tell the property is a little aged and supplies are mis-matched (kitchen ware, furniture, etc). Technically there’s a pool which is small - personally the property would have been nicer for me if there was a garden where the pool is - the ocean is steps away. Parking could be tight at times but was available.
