  : Great swimming poolGreat amenities in the condo (body board, stroller, tennis rackets... ) it had everything we needed !Quite close from the airport (20 min)
  : A bit noisy, we could hear the upper neighbours walk at 5am.Expensive, but it seems standard for Maui ! We had better value accomodations in Oahu and Hawai'i Big Island.We received by email the rules before we arrived that were unpleasant and a bit stressful. For example:- Please Note: If you Check In Early or Check Out Late without approval from the Homeowners, you will be charged a Fee of $150- PARKING: Please display parking pass in your car. Parking spots are not assigned. A $50.00 Replacement Fee will be assessed if Pass is lost or taken after check out.- Recycling or garbage left for removal by our staff, will result in an added fee of $25.-HOT TUB AND POOL: Amenities key is on the hook in the kitchen. Use for tennis courts and Pool and Jacuzzi. There is $100 fee for lost amenity key.-STAINS – Carpets, Upholstery, & Linens: Please contact us immediately if there are any spills or stains to linens, carpets, or upholstery during your stay and we will instruct you in ways to treat the stains so as to minimize the damage. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES- Guest(s) shall leave premises in clean, undamaged condition, similar to the way you found it. The cleaning fee covers laundry, san itization, and cleaning associated with “normal” use. If the cleaning staff has to “pick up” debris, trash or other items around the property left by guests, or if areas of the property are excessively dirty there will be an additional fee assessed.- Make sure you have not left any belongings, check drawers, closets and showers. If you leave items behind you will be responsible for any costs involved in returning that item to you plus a service fee.-Turn off AC, TVs, Stereos, and all lights. A $25 Fee will be added if the AC is left on
