  : No breakfast. The location was excellent and everything was within walking distance. I left my jacket in the room by oversight while checking out early morning. I realised this only when I was taking the lift to board my waiting taxi. No one was there to attend and open the door so I could collect the same before departure from Jackson to Milwaukee that day. However the same day I e-mailed the matter to the hotel and asked them to courier the same to my local address in Milwaukee, which they promptly did at my cost. I appreciated that gesture of the administration.
  : The price could be lower. The main door was closed at night and was not opened until morning, so we had to use the car park area to exit and enter especially to be ready for tour and taxi pick up. The hotel should consider replacing their coffee maker in the rooms to a more modern machine. It is hardly any major cost.

  : Great location. Walkable to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value. Nice having frig and microwave, but would be better with digital microwave. Nice having coffee provided in lounge area. Coffee provided in room was only DeCaf.
  : Beds need 2 inch memory foam mattress toppers. Pillows are a little too thick. Vanity lights needs to be along the top and less yellow, with more white lighting , better for makeup .
