  : I was not even there long enough to find anything to like.
  : I got there at 8:30 at night after rushing. My reservations were made very last min due to emergency reasons. I had to find somewhere that allowed pets, and booked it right away. Upon getting there the woman at the front desk literally made me so uncomfortable by ignorance and cornering questions that I told her to just forget it and cancel my reservations. Endlessly complaining and asking the same questions about how and where I seen that the property was pet friendly. Repeating that booking com was told to never have that on their site. She was talking to me like I wasn't even a human life form, but some type of peasant. So I walked out and me and my family drove home exhausted and disappointed. Due to not being able to make addition reservations, as she refused to refund me and demanded I go jump through hoops to get that taken care of.
