  : Wales in to check in late after I had called to make sure the room was ready and they knew I’d be there late and when I got up to my room the door latch was propping the door open like someone was already in the room. the bed was messed up and had dirty sheets the bathroom has dirty towels all over and the sink was dirty like no one had been in there all day to clean in. just disgusted on the night of my wedding having to wait another 30+ minutes for them to clean it. disgusting to say the least

  : The bed was a nice size and the room itself was nice. We liked the size of the bathroom but that was it. My sister and her husband stayed there as well and we had a very nice meal Friday night. Hot, tasty and filling.
  : The bathroom could have more shelving. NO place for anything on that small sink. We didn't get room service to clean even though we had the door shut and no sign. We had to ask for towels at the front desk. We were there for my aunt's memorial service so we were out of the room a long time Friday. I went for breakfast Friday am and there wasn't much. We had no clue it was not going to be offered as a continental breakfast. NOT even bread for toast. I found a hard boiled egg, a bagel, coffee and juice. Very sad. We didn't chance it for Sat am and went downtown to the Coffee Landing. We also had noisy kids outside our room door at 6am....and a bunch of smokers and gabbers right by the front door of the hotel. We were the next room 103. RUDE.

  : It was easy to find easy location next to highway. Nice assortment of games poolSauna hot tub. The lady whoChecked us in was nice and remained calm while helping me answering phones had multiple people on hold.
  : The breakfast had really no choices. On a weekend you would think the restaurant would be open but it wasn’t. Does look a little run down on carpets and walls. And a lot of games not working or the change machine.

  : The hotel had comfortable beds and a very nice shower. We kept driving and arrived very late at night/early morning, as there were no hotels available between Duluth and International Falls. Glad to have found this hotel.
  : Although the room was very clean and partially updated, I thought the rate was way too high on the night I stayed.

  : THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL. The Hot tub & sauna were EXCELLENT. THE ONE NIGHT WE GOT TO ENJOY THE RESTAURANT & BAR IT WAS GREAT BUT THEN WE HAD TOBHUNT FOR GOOD FOOD & SPIRITS. Room was EXCELLENT spacious & comfortable. Liked the desk & office chair but couldn't do any computer work due to NO WIFI AT ALL, AT THE DESK CLERK SUPPOSEDLY CALLED THE UPPER MANAGEMENT FOLKS SEVERAL TIMES EACH DAY TO NO AVAIL. THIS caused me to have to pack up all computer equipment and go in town to find WIFI CONNECTION WHICH WAS VERY IN CONVENIENT TIME CONSUMMING AND DIFFICULT TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN PRIVATE.
  : We chose this facility over many others because it featured WIFI CONNECTION, plus an onsight Restaurant & Bar. But we had no WIFI even though we complained each day several times over the weekend. Plus the restaurant & Bar were only opened on Fri nite then closed Sat Sunday & Mon. Causing us to have to use extra gas & time to look for food /meals in town which were lacking in quality & selections. These 3 things caused great hardships on our visit & Business work!. We had to go upstairs for ICE each day due to no ice machine on our floor? The TV selections were too few & lacking in quality.
