  : We liked that it was very close to Kaufman stadium for the baseball game we were attending
  : The property instantly gave bad vibes, 1 door was boarded up with plywood, it smelled like urine. Our room didn’t have a trash can, had urine in the toilet, no refrigerator or an iron. It had places for all those things to be. The air conditioning in the property and the room didn’t work, the king size bed only had 2 flat pillows and we slept on top of the covers because I was not comfortable with sleeping under them. We tried calling the front desk but you have to call a personal cell phone number to reach anyone and they don’t answer. They asked for more money on top of us paying in advance for the room. Including a $20 fee for booking our room through the booking app. The overall appearance of the whole property was very bad. But it was non refundable so we stuck it out. Also no one is ever at the front desk you have to call the number and if they answer they’ll come.

  : They must be trying to save money by not using any AC, not paying for maintenance and selling of any assets they have. The refrigerators are ripped out of the roomsno coffee maker and no blow dryer. 2 small towels in the room. The coffee area at the front didn't work. The ice machines didnt work so couple that with no refrigerator means no cold drinks. When you folllow the arrows in the hallways to get to the pool it leads you to a locked door that has a unkept lawn. I didnt see a pool, but maybe it was out there somewhere beyond the locked door. As soon as you walk in the lobby you see that they have no AC on In the building. We get to our room and it is smoking hot and the AC unit is blowing out air that isn't very cold. So we change rooms and the new room is the same except the AC unit is very old and doesn't have a thermostat so we go back to the original room because they tell us it will start cooling in 30 minutes. We try to leave the hotel because we are pretty sure that the AC will not get that room cold but they tell us we cannot cancel now because we checked in. We had to leave to go to the KC Royals game so we just left and hoped it would cool off by the time we got back. We get back 5 hours later and it is still warm in the room. We go to sleep (or try to sleep) with no sheets on and with as little clothing on as possible. By the morning it is finally down in the 70s in the room. I talked to someone else the next morning that had the same experience except their room cooled by the time they got back from the Royals game. They stayed on the 1st floor and we stayed on the second floor so maybe after 5 hours or so the 1st floor rooms cool.We also paid a $10 "transfer fee" because we booked on booking.com. if we paid cash it was $10 if we paid by credit card it was $20. I gave the $10 knowing that I probably just bought the front desk lady dinner because I have never had to pay a fee for not booking directly with a hotel.P.S.

  : We liked the location right off the highway.
  : Sink & bathtub didn't drain after washing hands or after taking a shower. Bed was uncomfortable. Ice machine wasn't working. Vending machine was empty.
