  : The rate was low but I felt it should've been lower. Staff was pleasant.
  : Booked online in advance, when I arrived, the staff member was unaware how to complete the booking so I waited 4hrs before getting my room. The property isn't very appealing to the eye and the room wasn't much better. Less than stellar wifi and the tv was broken. Toilet stopped up after the 1st use

  : No light in the room, all furniture was broken, flies all over the room, room was overcome with very pungent cigarette smoke smell, Matress and bedding was filthy in tatters. I left immediately and wasnt given a refund or apology. Traumatic experience.

  : This was the worse roach invested place that I have stayed in. this facility need to be shut down. I left the next day and requested a refund in which I did not receive. I basely paid for a place and did not stay the time to cover the cost. I'm still requesting to be reimburse for the nights that I did not stay.

  : worst lodging I've ever experienced. there were dodgy people around the premise, the room was dirty and dated, and the faucet came loose when I tried to shower, cockroaches and bedbugs galore

  : I was booked into a room that should be condemned. Unfortunately I needed to take my friend her car. At 5-5:30 PM in Houston there is traffic. We didn't arrive back until 8:30 PM. Upon entering our room, I felt like someone had gone through our stuff. Looking around the room, I felt like someone had been living in. Disgusting sink, toilet and shower in the bathroom. Broken glass in the entrance way, possibly a crack pipe. The room hasn't been cleaned or deep cleaned in weeks. The lamps didn't have light bulbs, (Possibly used to smoke their stuff). The bed sheets, comforter and pillows looked like they haven't been washed in a minute. Trying to laugh it off, I went to turn on my Bluetooth and couldn't find it. Granted there was a door joining another room next door that had a table against it and an upside down broken mini refrigerator on top of it. My JBL speaker was stolen. Someone had seen me walking with it around my shoulder and knew that speaker was worth $200+ I felt completely violated and misled by booking.com and the OYO motel.I reached out to the manager on duty she said she would look at the room but she never showed up. An hour and a half later we booked another room at a different hotel. This story goes on and on. The property won't even respond to booking.com or me. Please stay far away from this motel. Go spend that extra $10 20 30 for a decent place to sleep. Please Stay far far away and stay safe.
