  : Location for my purposes. View of jungle outside the windows. Decent bed. Adequate parking.
  : Plenty. My room in this old mansion lacked needed furniture. The old antique rocker was not good enough.There was no desk or even a flat surface for writing, the tiny bathroom had no mirror or counter. The "breakfast" was a sad experience etc.

  : Location was convenient and it was a quiet neighborhood.
  : The property was very unkempt. The pictures online were as we saw when we got there. There was very little service. Not a very inviting place. Breakfast was minimal.

  : the location. it was in a secluded part of Honolulu and was very quiet.
  : The property must have been nice ten years ago. Everything is old (my house was built in 1845 so I am used to old places) and tattered. Torn curtain in the bedroom, the windows didnt close, no mirror in the bathroom, no bedside table or beside lamps. The lady who was on the premises is lovely and does her best but this is not a three star stay. I would give it a one star. it certainly doesnt justify the charge of $230 a night.

  : Location was good and so was the breakfast, The Inn is understaffedso service was not up to par. Innkeeper Lisa was very nice but was overwhelmed with work,

  : The ambiance was spectacular. We love supporting a restoration project to its former glory. It was a beautiful home with awesome woodwork throughout. The room was very clean, and we felt safe. The small community refrigerator on each floor for use by the guests was a great idea. Thank you. The air conditioning worked awesome. It was quiet during sleeping hours. We didn't hear any neighbors in the other rooms. We would love to return in the future for another visit to see how the restoration is going.
  : When we arrived, we were given a menu for breakfast. We were told that was what was available. However, when it came time for breakfast, it was quite different . It was limited to a few things and no juice until the last day. I understood after I arrived that it was a project of a new owner and that the description on the internet was not quite accurate. We were fine with that, but they specifically gave us the menu and said this is what is for breakfast to choose from. There didn't feel like there was service. If you asked for something, you could get it if they had it, but you had to bother someone to ask. That felt uncomfortable. My suggestions would be that a little attentiveness would have gone a long way to smooth over the drawbacks. Liquid hand and body soap would be a little more sanitary (or at least feel that way) for future guests.
