  : The family, who I gather recently took it over, were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable, nothing was too much to ask. The house had lots of character, and the jungle-like garden was beautiful. Filling breakfasts provided every morning.
  : Though a charming old property it was in need of renovation in places. We also had three cockroaches in our room during the week.

  : The owners and workers were lovely people - very friendly. The property itself was just beautiful, sitting outside was so relaxing and serene.

  : The made to order breakfast in the beautiful garden was especially nice. The staff was thorough and professional, couldn’t be better.

  : The Uber drivers said the location was "really nice area" but we didn't feel that even after walking around some of the neighborhood. It was okay. The hostess was kind and shared the necessities. We enjoyed talking a bit more at breakfast. Very delicious coffee! And the breakfasts were good, just surprised that they were both basically the same thing. The garden/backyard was beautiful after they cleaned it up but I would not call the water a "pool" - wouldn't swim in it.
  : The bed was terrible - two twin beds with a king sized mattress. I had to climb up on a platform then fall into the bed. Mattress was covered with a loud plastic covering that felt very sterile and made a lot of noise when sleeping (I turn over a lot). The room/bathroom was functional but no amenities - we stay in a lot of B&Bs which typically provide shampoos, lotions, chocolates, evening snacks or wine & cheese, etc. The breakfast was very good but same both days. Staff was very kind. Very little indoor "common space" which felt a bit odd too although we could go outside.

  : This is a charming spot in a quiet neighborhood. I really liked being outside the hubbub of Waikiki. The staff is all so friendly…treat yourself to a fabulous session at Jujube, the acupuncture and massage service on-site. The breakfast was lovely as well!
  : Because it’s a very big old house, there was a strong scent (musty cats?) in the foyer and stairway. But the bedroom was refreshing with big open windows.

  : Breakfast was ok.
  : Entire property needs upkeep. We walked in to a vacuum across the floor. Our room's rug had stains on it. The room needed painting. Generally run down condition, bordering on hoarding/cluttered. No shampoo. Not what we expected for the price.
