  : It was located in Hawaii....
  : The obnoxious texts in the morning. The horrible beds. The lack of extended checkout. The running water in the bathroom, even if it wasn't yours you could hear the other floors. The lack of communication between the front desk. The text thing is horrible. It's beyond annoying when you're trying to reach the hotel. The pool is tiny and lack of shade for everyone. It's not a great location to things, I knew this booking it but I realized just how annoying it is when you're lugging things to the beach. There's no real coffee bar.

  : Location pretty good, close to the beach. Room was large and had a fridge.
  : The pool was very small and always crowded, they rent out rooms close to the pool/bar and blast music. It doesnt go on past 8pm but if you want any kind of relaxation this is not the hotel for you. From inside my room i could hear the music from the pool area clearly, children screaming and every time the bartender used the blender. When I asked the hotel staff for a room change as I couldnt sleep (very jet lagged and exhausted) they told me they could only upgrade me for a fee. I understand other rooms were booked but I dont think its right to charge over $50 a night for an upgrade from a room that was borderline uninhabitable. It was clean but not up to the standard I would expect for the price I paid. I have stayed in much nicer 1 star hotels. A Joke of a 4* establishment if im honest, spend your money elsewhere. They also charge a hefty "resort" fee which includes beach rental items. However the umbrella they gave us had disintegrated, we didnt notice until we got to the beach so we had to pay extra to buy our own umbrella. It seems as though they just let guests use what others left behind. Extremely poor for the price again.
