  : Good, central location that allowed us to walk to the beach. Also close to shopping and major hotels.
  : Filthy. Cockroaches in every room, curtains filled with soot, coffee pot rusted out and couldn't be used. Trash chute was blocked for more than 1 week so everyone piled trash in main hallway and it stunk. Weird things too like no bedspreads, no toilet lid, broken closet doors.

  : The property was in a good location and for a good price. We were very happy with it. Was plenty big, had several bathrooms.
  : The staff people where we picked up our keys were NOT friendly or helpful. The wind was extremely loud from the balcony doors.

  : Not much. The email was confusing on how to check in. The email stated to go to security and show them the email. Security was rude and ignorant and did not assist at all. There was a man that came to check on us to make sure we got in the room ok. He kept telling us the email with the instructions were completely wrong and apologized for all the confusion.
  : Checking in was the worst. I had a young kid that needed to use the bathroom and security told me they have no clue how to guide me to getting in the room. There were roaches in all the rooms which freaked us out. More roaches were found everyday we were there. The sliding door was broken for the balcony. I got called about parking but I did not use the parking facility in the building. It was an experience I will never forget. :(

  : Please do not stay here. This is a false advertisement. Out of the 45 pictures displayed, not a single one matched the room we got. The room we got was disgusting - squalor almost. The room we got had the following: dirty, stained carpet, holes in the wall, scratches on the wall, two extremely small beds with old mattresses that had hair on the sheets, old appliances that were not cleaned, and the room had a odor that was terrible. The bathroom was not much better. What we were promised via the booking photos is nothing like what we got. The point of contact for this listening is also very rude, argumentative, and accepts no responsibility. I would advise anyone to never book this listing EVER. Save yourself the disappoint and stress that will encompass booking this listing. Please notice in the other reviews that the property is very argumentative and takes no responsibility. Take note of that, and choose another listing. I attached pictures of the room we received, and yes we did try to reach out right away and got no response. We were trapped, and we had to make other accommodations. They had the gall to charge us for the one night we were in the room making other accommodations because they said we used their service for one night. We did not. We sat on the couch and washed our hands and dried them with a towel after sifting through dirty beds for bed bugs. The fact that they charged us for one night of being trapped in this dump felt criminal. This listing is a scam, and we deserved a full refund for OUR inconvenience.

  : There was a bus stop by yhe building and there were several things within walking distance.
  : Lack of communication about the emergency protocol which would have been nice because there were 2 false alarms where my elderly and visually impaired father had to walk down 14 flights of stairs. Also the unit we stayed in was very outdated for the cost.
