  : There was water shut for maintenance 8-5 everyday that we were NOT told about upon booking and not mentioned when we checked in! Did not like kitchen sink in the bathroom! And worst was the cockroach in our bathroom! That was the final straw and we checked out same day ! We were very happy to receive refund and we went elsewhere.

  : Pool & Jacuzzi area was clean and well maintained. Close to everything so it was easy to walk to lots of attractions
  : The rooms were not what the pictures showed. Very outdated and the carpets got to go throughout the rooms and hallways. The main desk should be located where the security was located.

  : Great location, 10min walk from the beach and 4 min walk from the main street with all the shops. Hotel was located right by the lake, great for running, very safe location and about 3miles from Diamond Head mountain. Nice and friendly and very helpful reception staff.
  : Hotel is having some kind of a refurbishment works, so hey have no hot or cold water on Week days Mon-Fri from 8:30am -5pm 7th-26th floors. Which they don't tell you until you find out yourself. With no option of relocation and having no hot or cold water in the room we were advised to use pool area WC's and showers (pool area open showers with cold water) and plenty of workers hanging around. After this amazing suggestion was also declined by us, we were kindly offered to use shower in another room (vacated but not even cleaned yet). If we would of known about no water option - would of booked somewhere else.

  : The staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The security was helpful in getting a hold of maintenance to take care of a few issues.
  : They tried to nickle and dime you for everything. The room did not feel clean. The fridge was dirty and had a foul odor. The AC window unit was very loud. It would wake me up several times a night when it would come on.

  : Incredibly slow elevators, the beds seemed clean but there was hair on the entry and bathroom floor and walls. They say the 40 inch tv is amenity but they dont just turn on and they charge you to use their dvds. No pool with no warning. Disappointed my k

  : Got room on 37th floor suite. Amazing location, superb views, decent restaurant downstairs. Didn't have any cockroaches, unlike other reviews, but your experience may vary as I stayed at the hotel but there are also AirBnB units in the same building.
  : A/C was in a spot to where it really could only cool the bedroom. There are only 4 elevators for the whole building, of which not all of them are constantly running. So sometimes you wait a long time for a very crowded elevator.
