Charming Beach Condo with modern island authenticity

  : Mainsail Inn is located right on the beach. Some units literally open onto the beach. We stayed in Unit 10 which is just steps from the beach. The condo was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the master bath shower was fantastic. Pool is small but nice and heated. They have lots of beach lounge chairs available for guests. Property managers were super friendly ladies. The property is in a quiet part of the island. The beach wasn't crowded at all. It's also right on the trolley line so it's easy to get around even without a car.
  : Don't rent Unit 10 unless you are renting Unit 11 too because the noise from above makes it sound like people are about to fall through the floor. Constantly! We were awoken early every morning by a small child running around and/or chairs being moved. Cannot understate how disruptive the noise is in Unit 10. Saw this in someone else's review prior to our stay and thought it couldn't be that bad... trust me, it is!!! Other complaints... parking is very tight and not well marked if you arrive after dark, 2nd bathroom shower has no water pressure, and the hot tub was literally too hot to get in.
