  : I booked through booking.com and I reserved a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. The day before we got there they emailed us saying we have a 1 bedroom and bunk beds in the hall. (Not what I reserved) I talked to multiple people they told me booking.com has done them multiple times and it was their fault they would try and fix it. After wasting our whole first day on vacation we got stuck with the same room and we had 6 people staying with us. All they offered was 25% back.. They said they could give a full refund if we didn’t stay.. THE DAY WE GOT THERE. Where else would we stay?? Also the next day our bathroom outlets were not working as well as the kitchen. We had 4 towels to start with which was not enough. I would not stay here again and I would not book through booking.com
