  : The proximity to the beach yet the quiet residential feel. The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The amenities like tennis court and heated pool were a great bonus. The apartment is right on a bike trail and near restaurants and Kroegers. The access (code at the gate and door code) to the apartment was super easy.
  : The storage in the closet space could have been better. The placement of CO2 detector on top of the fridge caused the alarm to get triggered every time we made toast. We had some initial issues with signing to the Wifi but it was fixed swiftly. The cabinet door above the stove could be cleaned better.

  : The condo is beautifully renovated and decorated. Within walking distance to the beach.
  : Someone in a neighboring condo smokes and it was prominent when we first walked in and then each night in the guest bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The first night coming back from dinner it smelled like someone was smoking pot.

  : The location and gated community was a great perk!
  : The apartment was not clean. The floors were filthy. There were spider webs in corners of the wall and dust falling off the fan in the living room. There was a huge spider web right outside the front door with a big black spider hanging. We had to fight who was going to open the door so we could all run inside. The guest shower was stocked up so we had to stand in dirty water while we took turns showering. Under the beds was disgusting. Not sure if they ever swept under there.

  : Close enough to the beach that it was a short walk. You did not have to drive your car and pay to park for the day.
  : With it being like an apartment complex, it was a little noisy - but it was not bad.

  : Short walk to the beach. Really comfortable space with nice kitchen n new washer/dryer. We rather have privacy and a feel of comfort at home over fancy facilities - Much better than resorts!
  : Floor looks clean but for sure not barefoot clean. I would recommend you bringing indoor slippers. One of the chairs provided is broken and another one is pretty rusted. It’s time to replace them.

  : We loved how new everything was. Bathrooms were beautiful. The whole home was clean.
  : Master bed was not comfy for me as I’m 8 months pregnant, not enough softness. It felt like a full size bed, not queen.There was a Keurig, but no coffee.Going into the home was a pain at night. The instructions from the Vacasa rep was that, the door code would be sent to my email and everything we needed would be in the email. Well, that was not the case. We had to go to a separate location to pick up the door code before we actually get to the home. This needs to be added to email instructions so others won’t be so frustrated at check in.
