: We arrived and the place was CLOSED! In DEMOLITION. Looked like it had been shut down for month- mattresses and TVs outside, dumpsters everywhere. No contact. How was this site no closed for reservations? We had no place to stay- great job booking.com- will NEVER Trust your site again.

: This place was gutted and closed. Dumpsters with mattresses in them and place tore apart with only contractors and their workers there. No notice was sent to me before my stay and no number to call.

: We booked the hotel room for 4 days. When we got there No hotel was there . I got the reseravstion in Nov. 2022 and nobody e ven sent me a letter or text that the hotel eas no longer there .it caused me to pay more money because We did not have a friggin place to stay and it cost me alot more to find a hotel for the days I needed. I am pissed and I will never use booking .com again. I give you guys a zero for everything youu do. We went ther and it was not great way to start a vacation. Zi got a email confirming that my reservation was good to go i will never use you again and I told 10 other people all about what happened. I think your sight sucks in every thing it does.
