Wonderful

  : We were held up in traffic and worried we would arrive late for check-in - the property manager was very accommodating, waiting until the last minute for us to arrive and offering an alternate option for if we arrived after the office closed. The room was simple but clean, exactly what we needed.

  : This little place is just pretty beat. It was clean Right across the street from a nice park so that was great for dog.It is very inexpensive and so it’s unfair to complain.

  : The condition of the property. It seemed to be not maintained well. I expected a facility similar to Motel 6. I also was disappointed in the city of Green River. I expected it to be more like Moab, with some tourist attractions. Instead, it just seemed to be a declining town.

  : Owner is super friendly! It's a small town so the location is good. Free coffee in the morning!
  : The style of carpet that they have in the room was not the best choice. Something less fluffy would probably be better for a hotel. The bed sheets had cigarette burns and holes in them, and some of the sheets and pillow cases were pretty yellowed. Lighting in the room was adequate but installing more lighting to make the room brighter would instantly freshen up the whole feel. While nothing was super dirty, the fact that everything was older makes the feel just not as comfortable which we understand as it is a budget friendly hotel.

  : Wayne was a great guy, and made the stay move from three star to five star for me. If I pass through the area again I would definitely stay there again just because of him. And besides that the room was not lavish but it was clean and quite OK for my needs. I also ended up checking out about 1/2 hour late, but it was no problem. I also liked the park just across the street and was able to go and spend some time there. Overall it was a great time!
  : Nothing really. The aircon is under the window, which means that when you close the curtains you block the aircon flow. A little more light over the table in the back would help also. It seemed there was a light but I couldn't find the switch. Instead I moved the table near the window when I had to work. But that is not a major problem.
