  : I couldn't leave my pet even after paying a pet fee. I was there for a funeral and ended up missing it because it was 100 degrees outside and nowhere does it say on your website pets can't be left alone.

  : How was the breakfast? They had signs up stating there is no longer breakfast being served at this establishment. Probably wouldn't have ate breakfast anyway, but my kids possibly would have.
  : After doing some remodeling the rooms still have a slight odor of cigartette smoke. Not sure if it was just our room, but the cartoon channels had a parental lock on them. We had a portable DVD player for our kids to watch kid movies on, so that really wasn't a huge deal since we had that option. All four of us had cold showers though. Two of showered at night and the other two early the next morning hoping to have warm water, but it was just as cold. I've stayed here before, for one night, on the top floor. That specific time I had hot water so no complaints during that stay. I only stayed one night this time with the whole family because we came in a day early before our other reservations down the street from super 8. The older gal at the desk I remembered from my previous stay last September, she is a really nice and helpful lady. I was told the hotel is under new management now, and some staff were let go for whatever reason. Hopefully the new managers see the value they have with this lady working 16 hour days and still dealing pleasantly with some unkind customers. If I had stayed more than a night I would've reached out to her about the specifics I mentioned above, but we were able to make it work for the night. Hopefully my family was the only family that had cold baths and showers.

  : Cleaner--no carpet floors sticky. No bidet--tub with webs and bugs 2nd room shower not workingnoisy halls--fighting people no breakfast--down road to restaurant for 10% discount

  : I was disappointed there was no breakfast offered. That should have been noted onthe website or when booking. We had planned on not having to buy breakfast.
  : The shower had some mold and it looked grungy but the rest of the room and bathroom were clean
