  : The spiral staircase for entry is very steep and not user friendly. Hauling luggage and groceries up the spiral staircase is difficult and honestly not very safe especially for older guests. There as no mention about this in the original advertisement of the property. Other things that were not satisfactory: 1. Hot water heater temp is extremely high and has the potential for scalding burns. 2. Leaks under the kitchen sink and washing machine need to be addressed. The plastic bucket under the kitchen sink is not a good idea and has the potential for serious damage to the property. Again, we were not even aware of the issue until we were leaving and although we were only there for 2 nights, it had already overflowed 3. Silverware and dishes were not clean even though they were placed in the cupboards and drawers for guest use.

  : Modern inside and well equipped with books, videos, dishes, pot and pans. Great view of ocean.
  : No easy excess to beach. Home owners should have an easy easement path to beach. Spiral staircase a little difficult going up and down, although outdoor staircase works.
