  : Our room was absolutely disgusting upon arrival. I called the front desk (which is a block away) and told them our bed was dirty, blankets and pillows in the floor, no clean dishes, piles of dirty towels everywhere, ect. So the attendant said ill see if I can find a maid within an hour and literally hung up on me. 30 minutes later a couple came to clean the room. They picked up the dirty comforter and pillows off the floor and put then back on our bed!!!! I packed my stuff up and went to my car. Front desk refused a refund so we had to spend our night covering up with only sheets and no pillows. Worst stay we have ever had in TN.

  : Location was excellent. Access elevator to street level was a blessing for my wife who has some back and knee problems. Bed was comfortable and facility was clean.

  : Very nice setup, clean, all the basics in the kitchen. Sink disposal didn't work but not a big deal. Great stay.

  : The cabin was very nice, roomy and comfortable.
  : Some of the lights and fan didn’t work. The communication wasn’t very good trying to get in contact with them before checking in. I called the number provided by Booking.com and it wasn’t correct and then called several other numbers that I had to get off of the internet to finally get in touch with them.

  : If there is one positive to this property, it is location. It is in a very convenient location - walking distance of downtown. Other than that, I can't think of anything else that could be considered "positive".
  : We specifically reserved the "cabin" condo -- months in advance, because that is the property that we wanted (and needed) for our group. When we got there, they had put someone else into the cabin, even though we had specifically reserved it at least 6 month's earlier. Their solution was to put us into a very sub-par room (much smaller), not nearly as nice, or as private, and had not even been cleaned (nor did it get cleaned the whole time that we were there). There were clothes in the drawers in one of the bedrooms. There were dirty dishes in the sink. The furniture was old and torn. A/C didn't work - we were never able to get the temperature below 77 degrees inside the unit, and this was during October, when it was relatively cool anyway. Staff was very unfriendly and unaccommodating about the whole situation. Their take on it was basically, "Oh well", you will just have to stay in this room - this is all that we have available. It was condo 3001 Building A.
