  : Cute little beach cottage, either all newly built or a full remodel, all in light grays and white with stylish decor and design. Stairs were not too steep to access the house from front or back (I have mobility issues) Yard was great for the dog, and two sofas gave us plenty of sitting space. The half-bath was appreciated, as was parking in the driveway. Air and heat worked very well and were easy to operate. Very easy to find and close to both beaches and downtown.
  : 1. TVs were useless - could not stream from internet nor was there a DVD player. Why have 2 if they aren't useable? We knew about no cable beforehand. We called AND emailed, and all we got was 'there is no cable' and nothing else helpful. And the wifi stopped giving us access the next morning, and nothing was ever corrected! 2. Stove hood did not work - no light or fan. 3. No coffee, no tea, no welcome basket of any kind. Three pepper shakers, no salt. We're used to even a basic basket of coffee, tea, granola bars, chocolate or something upon arrival! Best coffee maker had no urn either...we improvised.4. Dumpster by front steps was full and stinking. No guest should have to put up with that. 5. Instructions were too generic - said to do this and this to get key from box, which was there, but no key in box and wasted our time. Why have one there? Keypad instructions were hard to dig out of emails to find the one for Schlage brand, scrolling a long list of brands. More waste of time. 6. Trash can in kitchen broken, curtains on one side of living rm were missing. Dishwasher pods left by sink but there is no dishwasher... Overall, customer service and specific communication about this property was non-existent. We won't be staying again, nor will we consider another Vacasa booking.

  : There was pet hair everywhere...on floors, on couches, bedspreads. Plugs were hanging out of the walls. The sofa beds had a steel rod running down the center of both and very very uncomfortable.

  : I've stayed here before and everything was perfect and beautiful. That is why I chose to stay here this last visit. I will choose to stay here again. I loved everything about the house.
  : This last time I stayed, it was not cleaned properly. There was still hair in the shower, face and hand prints all over the glass door, the floors weren't swept very well with a dead roach under the side table next to the couch. Also we could not get the tv to connect to the wifi or cable. So we couldn't watch anything on the TV at night.
