Overview

The Harbor House Hotel and Marina at Pier 21 is the only motel in Galveston that views the island's operating port. Harbor House is located on an early Galveston Steamship Terminal site and offers a unique vantage point for viewing port activities. Cruise ship guests looking for pre-or post-cruise adventures on the island should stay at Harbor House. A broad range of activities and surrounding shops and restaurants are all within walking distance of our hotel. Guests are invited to sail in for a stay and enjoy all that Pier 21 and the adjoining Strand District have to offer by docking at one of the hotel's nine boat berths.

Rooms

The 42-room hotel finished a refurbishment that gave the rooms a new appearance and exquisite finishes. All new lighting, furnishings, flooring, bedding, and bathrooms provide the motel's guest rooms an industrial feel matched with organic warmth. All rooms are large, with a four-in-one built-in cabinet that doubles as a dresser and desk while storing a refrigerator and microwave. A 46-inch LED flat-screen television, upholstered bedding, custom headboards, and Simmons Pillow Top Mattresses are also available in the rooms. Kayla Mitchell's nautical photography is printed on metal in the rooms.
