  : Room was clean and kept. Staff polite and helpful.
  : Outside Facilities need mowing and cleaning. Storage building next to loft entrance trashy and filthy (tear down or repair). Trash on ground from on going projects not complete. Could not enjoy patio area. Need better bedding and pillows (we had to purchase pillows). Winery had sign that said open. We couldn't catch them open. If we had not paid in advance we would had found another place. Do not use for special occasions you will be embarrassed.

  : The bed was very uncomfortable. The place was very noisy. You can hear everything from downstairs, the other room as well as the highway. Outside of the tub floor was mildew.

  : Nice location and more interesting than staying at a hotel. The room was very clean. The low ceilings in the hall to the room and the low bathroom mirror weren’t an issue for us but could bother some people. We enjoyed the complimentary tasting and were surprised how much we liked the wines.

  : Location was great for 2 of our favorite wineries. Place was clean inside, interior decent, plenty of towels, glasses, cups, etc.. AC worked great. Room was big and accommodated 2 with luggage.
  : When reading reviews it was advised to bring your own pillows, which we were glad we did as there's were very thin. Bed was very creaky.Toilet seat had a nut on bolt missing and first shower reveled no hot water. Repairman came first day to fix the toilet seat but came back next day (approx 24 hrs) to replace the heating element in hot water tank. Even then there was limited hot water as tank was shared by 2 units. So quick showers are suggested, hoping your unit is first to shower. Repairman had to return same evening as there was no water pressure in bathroom sink. *NOTE* We received a $75 credit for the inconvenience, pending as of now.Other items which should be addressed by management company:*Door to unit sticks as floor is uneven.*Bathroom door does not close all the way unless excessively forced.*Highly suggest handrail in staircase from front door to upstairs units. Could be very dangerous while carry luggage/bags or when wearing heels of any height. *Lawn/landscape to entry needs to be cleaned up as there was a lawn of weeds and fire ant mounds and a rickety shed with odds and ends scattered in overgrown grass and weeds. Not pleasant upon arrival.

Disappointing

  : There wasn’t much to like other than it was clean. The driveway and entrance to the room is extremely sketchy.
  : After trying to get someone to help for several hours a cleaning lady was sent over to help us figure out how to turn the light and ceiling fan on in the main room. the switch was behind the headboard for some reason with no sign indicating so. It wouldn’t have been an issue had there been another light source in the main room but there wasn’t. The bed was absolutely horrible and uncomfortable, extremely squeaky, any time one of us rolled over the other woke up. The hot water lasted long enough for me to shower, my husband showered in cold water. The door was paper thin, could hear everything the neighbors were doing.
