  : leaking and dirty fridgethe problem has been fixed during our stay but the fact that flies were already in the fridge shows it wasn‘t cleaned before we arrived.in one of the bathrooms the shower doesn‘t work. a problem still existing after we left.The interior is kind of loveless.the location close to HW and railway makes it noisy.

  : no desk no kitchen table no stool to sit. no cable tv. wrote to the office 2 nd day to at least get stools, the 5th day, no stools

  : Email stated pool wasn't usable due to covid, people were using the pool. Tried calling to get gate key, no response. Dishwasher wasn't unpacked, no coffee, shower has minimal pressure and had to wash the bath before taking one due to it not being clean.

  : The bathroom lights weren't working when we got there. We notified the hosts immediately. They said there was already a maintenance ticket to fix them. They still weren't fixed when we left 3 days later.

  : The shower head was bad and made it hard to shower. The sink faucet was to strong and drenched us. The carpets definitely need to be cleaned

  : I liked that it was close to my work location.
  : People coming into my locked apartment unannounced that I did not know and were given no notice that others would be on the property. Fire alarm continued to go off when heater kicked on. FYI found out later that an email was sent to residents about this but I had no notice. Fruit flies all around the apartment and crawled on me most of the time I was there. Train was literally yards from the apartment I was in and going all day and night. Had a terrible experience there and wished I would have left after the first night but I didn’t have another place to go. Did not feel safe there, especially after people just walked into a locked space with no announcement.

  : Spacious, nice location, washer and dryer, multiple air mattresses, great responsiveness!
  : A little further from the convention center than originally indicated. Some of cupboards weren't thoroughly cleaned. One of the two air mattresses didn't stay inflated. Overall, no major issues though!
