  : the location was great.
  : the code to the door didn’t work so we were left outside in the rain at 1am hoping someone was going to come out so we could get in. I called the help number and they said they would call me right back and I didn’t hear anything until 8:30 am when I got a text that said they hope I got in. Not OK!it also reminded me of a prison cell with the concrete floors with no rug in the bedroom and no decorations on the bedroom walls. Parking was also an issue. we parked on the street and were told that we got 2 hours of free parking. we paid for the max 3 hours on the meter and assumed that with the 2 free hours would get us to the 10pm window when parking would be free until 10am. we were sure to be out of there by 9:30am so we wouldn’t get a parking ticket and sure enough we found a $45.00 parking ticket on our car in the morning.We will never return to this property and have told many friends already not to put themselves through this mess.

  : Parking wasn’t free and was nearly impossible to figure out. so unfortunately we didn’t even check in or stay. We wasted $220. Very upset but parking is a must and should of been included.
