  : Everything else! Night worker doesn't know anything and refuses to give real help! No chairs for dining room table, sofa bed and microwave is beat up!!!!

  : The customer service was the best I have ever seen. Honestly, the customer service was 5 star hands down. especially the front rep at night shift. Very great human beings.

  : Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly
  : There was a bit of an issue with them wanting to make us move rooms in the middle of our reservation because they put our money toward our brothers room,who was also staying here, But eventually with help from another employee we didn't have the incovience of having to moverooms.And even though I we know there isn't any type of breakfast, this website and others still offer it. Booking even charges more on the room to add breakfast to your room. So not only do some sites say there is free breakfast, others charge for it when there is none.

  : Full size refrigerator allowed for budgeting road meals.King size bed was more than big enough, and blanket/comforter was nice.The air conditioning certainly kept up with the hot days we had.
  : The overhead lighting was sparse.The hot water was warm at best, wanted a hot bath so bad.The stove was a no go and I have two culinary degrees, wanted to cook it up!

  : Nothing! As soon as you pull up there’s trash outside! They are using old photos from previous owners because lobby was dirty, vending machines empty, swimming pool out of order, the rooms were absolutely disgusting. Cigarette butts on carpet, bedding was filthy, literal crumbs and stains on sheets and pillows. ( not Even a hotel pillow it was an old stained fuzzy body pillow) the toilet handle broke off when flushing, the fridge and microwave heavily soiled, the smell of mold was so strong I instantly got a sore throat. Demanded my money back immediately. She tried to show us a different room, for sh**s and giggles we looked at it and it was worse. The beds weren’t even made and no pillows, smell of mold even stronger. She called these the “new rooms “ Would not recommend to anyone!! Don’t waste your time or money!!
  : Every thing was disgusting! Wish I had taken pictures of the filthy conditions of these rooms. Health department should shut them down.
