  : The woman last night was real nice and told us that they had rooms available so went to go to the bank to make sure funds were there and didnt take more than 15 minutes to come back, at that time the lady had already switched shift and talked to the guy who took over and had told us that they didnt have any rooms available when clearly he did. Ended booking through booking.com and then still had a attitude about giving us the rooms and was hesitant the whole time, being rude. Once we were in, one of the rooms had a hole in the shower and the other room bathroom ended up flooding when flushing the toilet. A/c and heater units seemed like they havent cleaned it in months. Aside from the fact that we booked non smoking bedrooms and were given smoking bedrooms when we saw several non smoking rooms available. And beds had cigarette burns in them as well.

  : Dirtiest hotel room I've ever been in, holes in the walls, everything was broken and there was dirt or blood all over the walls and floors. They definitely had not cleaned in a long time.

  : The bed spread and sheets had stains on them. Pillows do not even qualify as a pillow.

  : There was hundreds of roaches everywhere. Then when I layed down I woke up being attacked by bed bugs. There were so many bed bugs I was squishing them on the sheets. It was the absolute worst place I've ever been. I had to leave at 3am because I was being literally attacked by bed bugs and roaches! I don't wish a place like that even on my worst enemy!

  : Smelly carpet, burn holes in bedspread, mold on ceiling of shower area...so bad that we slept with our clothes and shoes on over the blanket. We had our own pillows. The heater/air unit was filthy with huge thick dust bunnies.
