  : location was good in relation to other things in florence like the sand dunes. cabin looked nice from outside. kitchen was good and worked. barbecue
  : tv didn't work which was unfortunate since we were staying during smokey weather- couldn't leave the cabin to enjoy outdoor activities or to have a fire. bunk bed situation was not great. very low upper bunk to hit your head on. pretty bleak inside of cabin. not a comfortable bed for two people sharing.

  : Location was good, in a forest outside the town, right at the entrance into the dunes national park. The staff (manager in particular) was really friendly and tried to compensate for the water shortage we've experienced by offering 2 gallons of water and a pack of cinnamon rolls. The heated pool was great. I was impressed by both cabin and, most importantly, the yurt, which were spacious and well fitted with cookware & other amenities(fridge, microwave, gas burner).
  : Cleanliness - both cabin & yurt were quite dusty. In the cabin we had to sleep on the couch because the bedroom's queen mattress was wrapped in a plastic foil which could not be slept on, nor was there a way to remove it. Facilities (games/community room) were quite outdated, most games lacked pieces, ping pong paddles were old and almost broken.

  : Quiet. Clean. Step up from tent camping. Friendly staff.enjoyedcool woodsy atmosphere and close to lots of attractions as well. VERY quiet park.
  : The bunks were a little hard for 62 and 70 year old (and we're hikers and agile) but made it work by using the futon.

  : Location is perfect for the dunes
  : Over $250 for 2 nights and the bathroom door was broken in the cabin I rented. Which they knew about as they had hung a shower curtain up as a "door". Also cobwebs in the bathroom and dining table leaf broken. The last morning, my son was in the shower so I used the campers bathroom across the road...stall door was broken and cobwebs again. Overgrown bush right over the fire pit which made it unusable. I told the man at the gate about all this and said he would tell maintenance. I explained that they KNEW... because of said shower curtain. Will not stay again or recommend.
