  : The location was nice except my unit was a little too close to the road. Wouldve been nice to have one of the other units further on the property .The lady who took care of the hot tubs was very helpful and pleasant. She resolved my problem with the fireplace. And also a gentleman showed up 10 minutes later. From maintenance to fix the problem.

  : No services on site 3 miles for ice towels and help of any kind by facilities no breakfast witch was not available due to covid but the town of estes was booming with people spent 1100 dollars 5 days

  : The wifi--no service at the resort and difficult to get a hold of someone to give me the password. Suggest they have this info in the cabin. Also no phone service half the time which puts someone like me in jeopardy as I have a heart problem. Had a tiny refrigerator not big enough for a 4 day stay. Booking.com misrepresented that they have a pool, you have to go to a different resort to use the pool.

  : The bed was comfy and the room was clean, there was a mini fridge, TV, and microwave as well as a Keurig coffee machine and pods. There was salt but no pepper, utensils, some plates, bowls, coffee cups, and 2 wine glasses. BBQ brush and spatula and a kitchen knife were also available. I wish there was dish soap to go with the dish towels. There was a sofa and a small round kitchen table and 2 chairs. There is a gas fireplace with a thermostat and a ceiling fan. Overall, everything you need for a short stay.
  : The property needs a bit of painting. The deck was worn out and the bottom step was broken. Had to watch our steps entering at night. The carpet had some previous stains but was overall decent. The bathroom shower stall was small, and so was the sink (was hard to clean dishes in). The office was 2 miles down the road to pick up your keys...this was an inconvenience. Sorry, I do not have photos.
